About
The plan behind the plan
I'm Randy Rosenblat, a CLU-designated insurance specialist working with Canadian business owners, professional corporations and families from my office in Vaughan. Over ten years I've helped more than 500 clients put structure around the risks they can't afford to carry themselves.
Most of my work sits where insurance meets tax and estate planning: corporate-owned policies, buy-sell funding, capital dividend account strategies and intergenerational transfers. I work alongside your accountant and lawyer rather than around them.
Through HUB Financial Inc. I have access to the major Canadian carriers, so the recommendation follows the situation — not a single insurer's shelf. Outside the office, I'm usually with my family, or explaining to friends why their mortgage insurance isn't what they think it is.
In their words
What clients say
"Randy took the time to understand our corporate structure before he recommended anything. The plan he built solved a tax problem our accountant had flagged for years."
"Plain language, no pressure, and several carrier options side by side. We finally understood what we were buying and why."
"He reviews the plan with us every year. That ongoing attention is the difference between a policy and an actual strategy."
